2. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across Nepal, including Kathmandu Valley and major cities nationwide. Delivery availability for remote or rural areas may vary. During checkout, enter your delivery address to confirm serviceability.
3. Processing Time
• Orders are processed on business days (Sunday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM NST are typically processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM NST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your order has been successfully placed.
4. Delivery Timelines
4.1 Kathmandu Valley
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from order processing.
4.2 Outside Kathmandu Valley (Major Cities)
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from order processing.
4.3 Remote Areas
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days depending on location and carrier availability.

7. Delivery Attempts
• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at least once at the provided address.
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.

WOW Snacks is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout. 9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take photographs immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours at info@wowsnacks.com.np. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
