Returns Policy
Effective Date: April 24, 2026
1. Overview
WOW Snacks Pvt Ltd takes pride in the quality of our products. Because our snacks are fresh, perishable food items, we have a limited returns window and specific conditions under which returns are accepted. Please read this policy carefully.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or clearly spoiled.
• The product is different from the one ordered (wrong item delivered).
• The product has expired or is unsafe for consumption at the time of delivery.
• The return request is raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We do not accept returns for:
• Products that have been consumed, even partially.
• Opened products where the concern is preference-based (e.g., dislike of flavour).
• Requests raised more than 24 hours after delivery.
• Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Step 2: Email info@wowsnacks.com.np with the following:
• Your order number.
• Clear photographs showing the product condition, packaging, and the issue.
• A brief description of the problem.
Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions on whether a return, replacement, or refund will be arranged.
Step 4: If a physical return is required, we will arrange for our delivery partner to collect the item from your address. Do not return products without receiving prior approval from our team.
4. Return Conditions
If a physical return is approved:
• The product must be in its original packaging (sealed or as received).
• The product must not have been tampered with beyond what is necessary to identify the defect.
• Return pickup will be arranged by WOW Snacks at no additional cost to the customer.
5. Replacement or Refund
Upon approval of your return:
• We will offer a replacement of the same product, or
• Issue a full refund as per our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
The resolution will be communicated to you within 2–3 business days of return receipt and verification.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
• Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales marked as ‘final sale’.
• Products where the seal has been broken without valid justification.
• Any product reported after the 24-hour return window.
