1. Overview

At WOW Snacks Pvt Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. As our products are fresh, perishable food items, we maintain a clear and fair policy for refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Order Cancellations

2.1 Cancellations by the Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched for delivery.

• To cancel, contact us immediately at info@wowsnacks.com.np or call +977 1 4390635.

• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

2.2 Cancellations by WOW Snacks

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable.

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.

• Inability to deliver to the provided address.

• Pricing or product information error on the website.

In the event we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

• You received a product that is damaged, defective, or expired.

• You received the wrong product (different from what was ordered).

• Your order was cancelled by WOW Snacks (see Section 2.2).

• Your order was successfully cancelled by you before dispatch (see Section 2.1).

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Change of mind after an order has been dispatched.

• Products that have been consumed or partially used.

• Minor variations in taste, texture, or appearance that do not indicate spoilage or defects.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@wowsnacks.com.np.

• Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the problem.

• Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

We may request the return of the product before processing a refund (see Returns Policy).

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet as mutually agreed.

• You will be notified via email or SMS once the refund has been processed.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
