We manufacture and sell a variety of popcorn and snack products, including but not limited to Spicy Peri Peri, Cheddar Cheese, Butterscotch, Toffee Caramel, and Cheese & Caramel Popcorn, and deliver them directly to customers across Nepal.
3. Products and Pricing
3.1 Product Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. WOW Snacks reserves the right to discontinue any product or modify product offerings without prior notice.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (NPR / Rs.) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Promotional or discounted prices are valid only for the specified period.
3.3 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, WOW Snacks does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. In case of any discrepancy, we reserve the right to correct it.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• WOW Snacks is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
As our products are perishable food items, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction.
6.1 Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@wowsnacks.com.np or call us if you wish to cancel.
6.2 Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
• The product is expired or clearly unsafe for consumption upon receipt.

6.3 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet as mutually agreed.
